Responsabilidades:


  • Dirigir y gestionar un equipo de especialistas en CRM, brindando orientación, capacitación y apoyo. Fomentar un entorno de trabajo colaborativo y motivado para alcanzar los objetivos del equipo.
  • Proporcionar capacitación a los miembros del equipo sobre herramientas de CRM, procesos y mejores prácticas.
  • Supervisar el rendimiento del equipo y brindar retroalimentación para mejorarlo. Realizar revisiones periódicas de rendimiento, ofrecer retroalimentación constructiva e identificar oportunidades para el desarrollo profesional.
  • Supervisar la implementación, personalización y mantenimiento del sistema CRM. Garantizar la precisión, consistencia e integridad de los datos dentro de la plataforma CRM.
  • Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para desarrollar e implementar estrategias CRM alineadas con los objetivos comerciales. Identificar oportunidades para mejorar la participación, retención y satisfacción del cliente a través de iniciativas de CRM.
  • Realizar sesiones de capacitación para los usuarios del CRM con el fin de maximizar la utilización del sistema. Atender consultas de los usuarios y brindar apoyo continuo para garantizar un uso competente.




Requisitos:
  • Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Tecnologías de la Información. Ing. en Sistemas, Ing. Computacionales, Administración de empresas o carrera a fin. 
  • Mínimo 3-5 año de experiencia comprobable siendo supervisor de CRM o puesto similar Fuerte conocimiento práctico en CRM (ej. Bitrix, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSp) (requerido).
  • Capacidad para expresar ideas complejas de manera clara y persuasiva.
  • Fuertes habilidades interpersonales para interactuar de manera efectiva con clientes, colegas y partes interesadas.
  • Inglés conversacional avanzado (indispensable).
  • Atención al detalle.
