Seeking a detail-oriented and customer-centric Email and Call Handling Specialist to join our Accounts Payable team. This position entails overseeing, organizing, and addressing all email and call communications concerning vendor invoices, payment inquiries, and other accounts payable issues. The preferred candidate should have excellent English verbal and written communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and understanding of accounts payable processes.

Requirements:

Graduate in Accounting or equivalent with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proven experience in email and call handling, accounts payable, and strong organizational skills for multitasking. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information. Proficient in Excel Spreadsheets (Advanced level), Microsoft Office, and email management tools. Hybrid position.
