Responder a las comunicaciones entrantes de los clientes Realizar investigaciones y proporcionar respuestas a los clientes para resolver sus problemasLo que aportas al puesto
Inglés y español avanzado tanto escrito como hablado Disponibilidad para trabajar en cualquier turno, incluidas las noches y los fines de semana Capacidad para navegar a través de varias aplicaciones web simultáneamente (multitarea) Competencia en el uso de Microsoft Windows Vivir en la ciudad de México o sus alrededores, eso es perfecto.Lo que puedes esperar
