Objetivo de la posición:
- Colaborar con equipos internos y externos ya sea en el proceso de Implementación de Proyectos , Diseño o Soporte desarrollando habilidades requeridas en el área.
- Investigar tendencias en el mercado respecto a nuevas tecnologías que optimicen las Soluciones de Infrastructura en Centrales, Datacenters y/o Sitios ya sea en la implementación, Soporte o Diseño.
- Analizar los diseños existentes y en proceso para entender la manera en que operan los procesos utilizandos en los diferentes las Soluciones de Infrastructura en Centrales, Datacenters y/o Sitios.

     
Principales Responsabilidades:
• Mantiene un nivel de atención adecuado en la gestión de incidentes para dar solución a los mismos dentro de los tiempos establecidos a nivel de implementación, Diseño u Operación 20%
• Investiga sobre nuevas tecnologías que optimicen los procesos automatizados de la empresa con el objetivo de volvernos mas eficientes y ágiles 20%
• Da soporte a los problemas reportados a nivel de Implementación, Diseño u Operación, relacionados al hardawe o software que administra el área20%
• Mantiene un control de los problemas reportados a nivel de Implementación, Diseño u Operación, llevando una bitácora de control de incidentes de acuerdo a su alcance del área 15%
• Colabora con los diferentes equipos de trabajo en mantener en un nivel optimo las Soluciones de Infrastructura en Centrales, Datacenters y/o Sitios a su cargo, asegurando los servicios que da la empresa (negocio de la empresa). Adicional realizar trabajos en altura.15%
• Da seguimiento a las actividades de mantenimiento a nivel de Implementación, Diseño u Operación que aseguran la continuidad de los procesos de la compañía de acuerdo a su alcance del área 10%

     
Requerimientos:
Este programa está diseñado para Mujeres que cumplan con los siguientes requisitos.

Educación mínima:
Licenciatura o Ingeniería en sistemas o afin - Pasante o Titulado.

Educación deseada:

  • Licenciatura o Ingeniería en sistemas o afin - pasante o Terminada.
  • Especialista en Aplicaciónes nivel Avanzada.

     
Experiencia mínima:
12 meses laborando.

Experiencia deseada:
18 meses laborando.


Licencias/Certificaciones Requeridas:

  • Cursos Avanzados y/o Certificaciones de Diseño, Operación y Mantenimiento de todo lo anterior más Proyección de instalaciones de enfriamiento, humedad relativa, condensación y control de temperatura de máquinas, procesos y productos.
  • Requerimiento de equipos y energía eléctrica en proyectos industriales, Corrientes de cortocircuito y coordinación selectiva de protecciones en instalaciones eléctricas, para satisfacer la demanda, para dimensionar las obras de producción, transmisión y distribución de energía eléctrica.
  • Certificación en trabajos en altura

     
Idiomas (Habla, Escribe, Lee)
Inglés 80%

     
Paquetes De Computo Requeridos:
Sistemas Operativos: Windows, Linux, Unix, MS DOS, IOS, MS Project, Abode, MS Office Suite.
Lenguajes de Programación: PHP, Shell Scripting, IOS,, Manejo de Sistemas de TTs y Control de cambios/ EMS, MS Live Meeting, Webex, Excel Avanzado, Wireshark, Probes.
Herramientas de Administración ágiles como Jira o Itrack.
