Lo que realizarás en Baxter

• Asegura que los registros de quejas reflejen con precisión la denuncia, la investigación y la conclusión de la queja del cliente.

• Identifica la necesidad y solicita revisiones de investigación de ingeniería para identificar la causa raíz de los fallos identificados.

• Asegura el cierre oportuno de las quejas para cumplir con los requisitos reglamentarios.

• Respaldar las auditorías internas corporativas, de organismos notificados, de terceros y regulatorias, según sea necesario.
