RESUMEN - JOB SUMMARY:
Esta posición llevará a cabo la evaluación, el procesamiento y la investigación de quejas de productos de Hill-Rom para respaldar la vigilancia posterior al mercado. El Analista Asociado B, QA Global debe ser capaz de comprender las alegaciones del cliente y documentar con precisión el resumen y los detalles de la investigación según corresponda.
ACTIVIDADES PRINCIPALES Y RESPONSABILIDADES

- Administra el flujo de trabajo de quejas y procesa las quejas dentro de las aplicaciones de software de manejo de quejas.
- Administra el flujo de trabajo de eventos potencialmente reportables y procesa eventos potencialmente reportables dentro del software basándose en una comprensión de los riesgos asociados con el mal funcionamiento del producto.
- Asegura que los registros de quejas reflejen con precisión la denuncia, la investigación y la conclusión de la queja del cliente.
- Trabaja de forma independiente y con diferentes funciones / sitios de la organización para resolver problemas complejos.
- Identifica la necesidad y solicita revisiones de investigación de ingeniería para identificar la causa raíz de los fallos identificados.
- Asegura el cierre oportuno de las quejas para cumplir con los requisitos reglamentarios.
- Se adapta a los cambios en el ambiente de trabajo; maneja demandas en competencia; cambia el enfoque o método para adaptarse mejor a la situación; capaz de hacer frente a cambios frecuentes, retrasos o eventos inesperados.
- Respaldar las auditorías internas corporativas, de organismos notificados, de terceros y regulatorias, según sea necesario.
- Con la capacitación adecuada, capaz de procesar en una o dos líneas de productos o códigos de segmento según sea necesario.
EDUCACIÓN EXPERIENCIA, CERTIFICACIONES Y HABILIDADES
Educación requerida:
- Recientemente graduado o estudiando actualmente un título de licenciatura o similar.
Experiência deseable:
- No se requiere experiência en la industria; pueden tener experiência laboral relacionada en el área del entorno médico o de servicio técnico.
