Basic Purpose
Procesar y gestionar las instrucciones del día a día en orden cronológico, seguimiento oportuno al flujo de aprobación de los asientes contales, clasificar y registrar las instrucciones recibidas en el sistema contable según el catálogo contable por cada tipo de proceso.
Essential Functions
Control y registro de pólizas diarias contables conforme al catálogo contable y a cada proceso.
Control, registro y conciliación de provisiones.
Análisis y elaboración de reportes del Área.
Atención de auditorías de los procesos contables a su cargo.
Análisis de variaciones de los procesos y registros a su cargo.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas contables y controles internos de sus procesos.
Required Experience
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en contabilidad general y/o cuentas por pagar.
Atención de auditorías.
Deseable conocimiento de Normas SOX y de Control Interno.
Deseable experiencia en Despachos Contables o Área Contable.
Descripción del trabajo interno / externo.
Minimum Qualifications
Contador Público / Administración o Afín.
Manejo de Excel intermedio indispensable.
Conocimiento de algún ERP, en los módulos de Contabilidad.
