Propósito del rol:

Asesoría y análisis para la creación y actualización de productos del área de Global Payments Systems (GPS) referentes a operaciones activas, pasivas y de servicios para el segmento Wholesale. Elaboración, revisión y actualización de los contratos que amparan los distintos productos y servicios bancarios relacionadas con el área GPS. Atención de los Comités necesarios para asegurar la correcta gobernanza del producto; donde, entre otras cuestiones, se aprueba y revisa la implementación y la post implementación de los diversos productos y servicios bancarios en HBMX y LATAM, así como el escalamiento de riesgos y temas relevantes. Análisis de modificaciones y/o reformas a la operativa y/o funcionamiento de los productos bancarios en coordinación con Regulatory Compliance. Apoyo y asesoría a los equipos transaccionales cuando en la operación planteada se deba revisar y/o determinar la viabilidad de alguna modificación en relación con la naturaleza del producto. Acompañamiento, asesoría y coordinación de los equipos legales de LAM, concentrando la gestión y seguimiento de temas transversales y relevantes. Facilitación y coordinación de la comunicación entre los equipos legales de LAM y los equipos globales de GPS. Asesoría y consultoría respecto de la viabilidad de esquemas planteados por las áreas de Negocio y Producto en coordinación con otras áreas como Financial Crime y Regulatory Compliance. Atención de proyectos especiales End -to –End. 

Dentro de las actividades principales de la posición se encuentran las siguientes:

Elaboración, modificación y/o actualización de contratos y/o templates que documentan nuevos productos y productos existentes mediante contratos estándar y contratos de adhesión pertenecientes a las áreas de GPS y I&I a solicitud de las mismas como dueños y responsables de los templates. Involucramiento en el proceso de actualización en el Registro de Contratos de Adhesión de CONDUSEF. Evaluar y clasificar el riesgo legal inherente o residual respectivo a cada uno de los productos aplicables a los segmentos previamente señalados. Dar soporte legal para la reingeniería de procesos de contratación respecto a los diferentes productos. Dar cumplimiento a las disposiciones legales aplicables en materia financiera, cuidando los intereses del Banco y contribuyendo con la sinergia de los negocios para fortalecerlos y apoyar las nuevas iniciativas de los mismos. Asesoría y consultoría respecto de la viabilidad de esquemas planteados por las áreas de Negocio y Producto en coordinación con otras áreas como FCC y RC. Adecuación de documentos legales globales bajo la legislación mexicana cubriendo las necesidades del Grupo y negocio en México. Apoyo al negocio y a áreas normativas como RC, fiscal, finacial crime, global standars, etc. en la atención e interpretación de asuntos regulatorios derivados de la revisión de los diversos productos de Wholesale. Requirements Abogado con 3-5 años de experiencia. Conocimiento de derecho procesal, corporativo y financiero, así como regulación de instituciones financieras en México. Liderazgo, Toma de Decisiones, Trabajo bajo presión, Visión estratégica y capacidades de resolución de problemas. Inglés (oral y escrito) avanzado. Paquetería Office avanzado.
