What you will do

Objetivo: Asesorar y asegurar que los talleres Integrados (WSI´s), realicen y entreguen los reportes técnicos acordados con los clientes en términos de Rescate Carretero y así como Reportes especiales que involucren estadísticas y planes de accion (Up time, Fallas, Up time (Calidad de los trabajos) garantías y Campañas).
Observar y respetar las normas de seguridad, ambiental y laboral establecidas por la organización. Los dueños, administradores y/o auditores de procesos deben cumplir las responsabilidades y autoridades indicadas en el sistema de gestión cuando aplique.PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO que sean necesarias, (Describir qué se hace y para qué se hace).
Supervisar la pronta realización de reportes técnicos en las bases asignadasDar soporte técnico y administrativo para la elaboración de los reportesElaborar estadísticas para su presentación en diversos for0s, ejecutivos de planta y con cliente.Envió de reportes al cliente cuando le sea requerido.Vigilar a través de telemática y Volvo connect los diversos códigos de falla y/o desempeño de las unidades, principalmente a aquellas que las estadísticas de desempeño y/o frecuencia de fallas, necesiten de un seguimiento puntual.Contactar al personal, Ingenieria del producto, Tecnico de planta y/o VBC, VdB, para discutir/ preguntar temas técnicos y poder tener mas información del desempeño o fallas del producto.Requerir y vigilar el cumplimiento de los planes de acción.Requerir acciones a Gerentes y Jefes de las operaciones de los contratos de mantenimiento en WSIsNOTA: LA VACANTE ES PARA LABORAR EN CDMX
