Cumplir con las metas / cuotas de ventas en el territorio y línea asignados.Seguimiento de las ventas canal directo (hospitales) e indirecto (socios comerciales).Realizar todos los negocios y asuntos de conformidad con todas las leyes y reglamentos, incluida la Ley de Prácticas Corruptas en el Extranjero (FCPA), el Código de Conducta de Stryker y de acuerdo con los más altos estándares éticos.Llevar a cabo las estrategias de mercadeo establecidas para los cumplimientos de objetivos.Mantener o aumentar la participación de Stryker en la línea de productos específicos en el territorio del Occidente del País.Evaluar y monitorear la calidad de los servicios / productos a los hospitales y profesionales de la salud que ofrecemos.Actuar como el canal de recursos de los clientes en el área de conocimiento del producto.Actuar como enlace entre el cliente y las múltiples partes interesadas de la empresa, tales como Operaciones, Regulación y Calidad, Cumplimiento.Tener un estado claro sobre inventario, rotación y canalización de cada cliente.Qué necesitas
Licenciatura completada.+3 años de experiencia con ventas técnicas de Dispositivos Médicos y conocimiento de trabajo en el quirófano.Inglés básico requerido.Conocimiento de procesos de licitaciones.Trabajo en equipo, orientación al cliente, proactividad y entrega de resultados.Residencia en la Guadalajara, México.-
