Lograr los Objetivos de Calidad, soporteen términos de calidad en elárea de PCB, en los procesos de SMT y de Backend, asi como auditorias.

Dar soporte de calidad a las líneas de producción y verificar que se cumplan las acciones correctivas y/o preventivas acordadas por los departamentos involucrados.
Lo que Harás
Líder de auditores de área de PCBs, ofrecer entrenamientos, capacitaciones y aseguramiento de conocimiento a través del equipo de las diferentes áreas de oportunidad que se tienen en el sistema. Primer punto de escalación de los problemas encontrados por las auditoras, realizando análisis inicial del problema como origen, cantidades impactadas, efecto generado, gravedad, posibles causas raíz y coordinación de implementación de actividades correctivas con el Primer Equipo de Escalación
Monitoreo de acciones correctivaspara asegurar el cumplimiento de las actividades, efectividades y cierre, enfocado en eliminación de recurrencia de los modos de falla.
Asegurar que se ejecuten los mecanismos de control de proceso, tales como Checklist de Set up como se encuentra documentado en los planes de control y sus correspondientes auditorias de Proceso; primer punto de exigencia a las áreas involucradas para la solución de hallazgos y exigencia de paro de líneas cuando se aplique.
Quién Eres (Requerimientos Básicos)
·Conocimientos en los procesos de manufactura de PCB,
·Criterios bajo el estándar IPCA 610
Conocimientos básicos de estadísticas y procesos. Conocimientos de paquetería computacional·Conocimiento en interpretación de dibujos y especificaciones en Ingles de PCBAs y componentes.
