Lo que hará en su rol:
- Lograr los Objetivos de Calidad requeridos tanto con el cliente como internos, a través del control de las líneas de producción con respecto al cumplimiento de los procedimientos del sistema de calidad y a las auditorias del producto.

- Coordinación de las auditoras de calidad y soporte en términos de calidad a piso de producción e ingeniería de calidad.
- Proveer retroalimentacion del nível de calidad con el que la linea de manufactura produce en base a auditorias al proceso y del producto. Dar soporte de calidad a las líneas de producción y verificar que se cumplan las acciones correctivas y/o preventivas acordadas por los departamentos involucrados.
La experiência que traerás:
- Conocimiento básico en alguno de los requerimientos del sistema ISO9000 / IATF16949 / VDA 6.3 / ISO 13485, etc. The Experience You Will Bring
- Conocimiento básico en alguno de los requerimientos del sistema ISO9000 / IATF16949 / VDA 6.3 / ISO 13485, etc.
- Conocimiento básico de Control Estadístico de Procesos y auditorías de producto y línea de producción.
- Conocimientos básicos sobre Técnicas de solución de problemas, 8d's, six sigma.
- Conocimiento básico de Planes de Control, FMEA.
- Conocimiento básico en manejo de equipo de medición.
- Elaboración de reportes y documentos de "workmanship", alertas de calidad, resultados de introducción de nuevos productos, R&R e inspección de FAIR (First Article Inspection Report) en coordinación con el ingeniero de calidad.
- Seguimiento de rechazos de proceso y materia prima en producción.
- Seguimiento de acciones correctivas y/o preventivas en coordinación con el ingeniero de calidad.
- Participar en los equipos de mejora de la calidad y tomar parte en la capacitación y certificación del personal de producción y responsable de la capacitación y certificación de las auditoras de calidad.
- Manejo de personal para brindar soporte y coordinación de los recursos de auditoras de calidad.
- Validación y revisión de las auditorias de proceso, producto final y retrabajos.
- Iniciativa y motivación para ayudar a que los problemas sean resueltos más rápidamente.
- Tener conocimientos básico de ESD, el procedimeinto interno de ESD y ejecutar las auditorías de ESD de las áreas en las que participan.
- En coordinacion con Ingenieria de Calidad, elaborar los planes de inspeccion que se usan en las auditorias del producto, en base a las especificaciones del cliente.
- Efectuar auditorias a embarques y elaboracion de certificados de calidad.
- Colocar y controlar etiquetas de UL a los ensambles que lo requieren.
- Participacion en el analisis de materia prima rechazada en proceso.
- Paros de lineas de produccion cuando se puede ver afectada la calidad de los productos asi como la seguridad de los operadores.
Requisitos:
- Nível técnico o equivalente, deseable Ingeniería, carrera trunca de ingeniería.
- Conocimiento básico de Sistemas de Producción y Calidad.
- Inglés, nível básico (escrito y conversacional.
- Manejo intermedio de herramientas computacionales (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Deseable SAP.
