Responsible for:
Supports the Treasury Chief and/or Treasury Manager in the administration and control of the bank availabilities of the Epson subsidiaries resources flow, according the guidelines established by the company. Supervises and administrates: the incomes and expenditures, count cash, handle of petty cash, the bank credits, the bank conciliations and the payments of customs dispatch. Verifies the incomes registries of credit and collections, which should be deposited in the bank accounts. Assists in the application of expenditures registered by accounts payable, generating the checks and/or transfers of subsidiaries. Coordinates the freight merchandise payments. Payments to suppliers. Control of the expenses reports presented by the employees (food, travels, gas, etc.) Make the count of fixed fund for the purpose established by the company. Reception of documentation and cash to be deposited in banks. Confirmation of deposits, in order that these are applied to the customers current accounts. Bank conciliations: control of the credits and debits in the bank accounts. Analysis of accounting accounts related with banks. Cash count: daily control of incomes and expenditures of money. Manufacture and payment of Customs dispatch.Collaborates with/Key Customers include:
