Your RoleWhat You Will Do- Answer phones locally and internationally (Clients and Gensler staff from other offices)- Greet all visitors, helping and providing information as appropriate- Monitor conference room schedule, booking and updating as necessary- Order food meetings and/or events.- Maintain the aesthetic appearance of the reception area (client-ready)- Check office supplies (restock supply room as needed)- Assist with building maintenance issues and requests- Assist with handling FedEx, courier, and other delivery needs- Coordinate errands as needed for the office- Provide overall administrative support to the office and the business operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Your Qualifications- Minimum of two years of administrative experience in a similar position- Bilingual - English & Spanish- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong attention to detail and organized- Must be able to prioritize tasks and be able to perform several tasks simultaneously throughout the course of a workday.Life at GenslerAt Gensler, we are as committed to enjoying life as we are to delivering best-in-class design.
