At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Responsibilities****MBS PBF Direct Cost Analyst****Main Purpose**LATAM MBS PBF Direct Cost Analyst will play a key role direct profit planning, reporting and control. This role is responsible for providing a cost world class Global Business Service (GBS) for Brazil. Responsible of elaborating cost analysis, actuals understanding and forecasting across the region with special focus on commodities inflation, yields alignment with productivity and manufacturing expenses. Interact with MU operation team and FP&A, deliver accurate information to lead decision making process and ensure cost Service Level Agreements (SLAs) fulfillment.**ACCOUNTABILITIES**- Deliver and excellent service to GBS Finance clients according to SLA’s responsible of commodities inflation and yields alignment productivity teams.- Quickly develop an understanding of different OU financial objectives and commercial plans to effectively play a key role as a business partner.- Align with procurement finance team commodities inflation and generate inflation impact for Mexico and Andean countries.- Align with Supply Chain Finance and Operations Yields and update cost models.- Elaborate with control actuals analysis, identify risk and opportunities.- Generate yields productivity validation and ensure alignment between productivity and cost planning models to guarantee P&L productivity flow.- Coordinate the bottom up Direct Cost AOP process, monthly closure and forecast to identify gaps and propose to GBS leader corrective measures understanding market conditions, inflations and having business insights- Generate new products cost for Cheetah (based on equivalent products)- Generate FX sensibilities- Generate InterCo transfer price & analysis (COC)- COGS Provisons managementThank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your career**Qualifications**- Have at least 18 months in your current function- Notify your direct leader and HRBP that you are interested on the position- PDR evaluation of at least 2/2 on the last two years- Have not received any warrants and/or disciplinary notifications on the last 12 months**Education/Requirements**- Education: Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration- Computer literate - Advanced Excel, Power Point, Access- Language: Spanish / English fluent, Portuguese preferred**Non Technical Skills**- Expert analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills- Ability to work with multiple areas of the organization- Able to design and implement strong financial models and scenarios- Ability to deliver solid results under high pressure environment / limited time- Continuous improvement mindset
