**FUNCTIONS**- Manages the process of equipment operation and maintenance in accordance with operational documentation, maintenance schedules, and recommendations of manufacturers and NTDs to ensure sustainable power generation.- Uninterrupted power supply and distribution of oilfield facilities, in accordance with production needs. Minimizing failures and emergency situations.- Organizes and controls the operation, maintenance and repair of the power and distribution facilities.- Manages preparation of plans on electric power generation, distribution and supervises their execution in accordance with the needs of the oilfield.- Organizes measures to analyze emergencies, failures in the operation of equipment, improper actions of personnel under the Root Cause Analysis procedure.- Operation at 3 offshore platforms with independed fuel systems, including 3 diesel tanks total 100 cubic meters of diesel.- Carrying out of start-up and adjustment works with observance of rules of equipment operation and HSE requirements.- Modernization of existing substations for the purpose of automation of equipment monitoring and dispatching control.- Preparation and availability of necessary contracts for provision of power equipment operation and maintenance services and purchase of necessary spare parts and materials.- Compliance with terms of contracts for provision of necessary personnel to perform the services, quality of the services provided, and availability of spare parts and materials at the facilities to the fullest extent.**EXPERIENCE**- Higher Technical Education, specialty in electric power and distribution.- Experience with oil and gas industry (at least 5 years).- Service background on engineering positions in power generation and distribution in petroleum industries (at least 5 years).- Commissioning/construction activities experience.- Experience with offshore projects (at least 3 years).- Ability to organize energy supply and distribution for production needs.- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, rational operation of equipment and work organization, as well as orders and methods of equipment operation and repair planning.- Knowledge and skills in acceptance of facilities after construction and installation works.- Must have knowledge and experience in preparation, conclusion and administration of contracts for services and procurement of equipment.- Knowledge of standard principles and methods for organization of maintenance in oil and gas facilities.Pay: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- offshore platforms: 3 years (required)- power generation and distribution in petroleum industry: 5 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
