Implement operational improvements, optimize processes, and deliver training. Solve technical issues across multiple product groups. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and RD&I on joint projects and initiatives. Identify and develop new business opportunities through customer insights. Support sales teams with market intelligence, competitor analysis, and growth strategies. RequirementsBachelor’s degree preferred; or 5+ years of experience in Field Service / Sales / Metal Coatings. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM Systems, SAP. Solid experience in B2B coatings sales/service. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes. Willingness to travel up to 75%.
