Be a part of a community of experts committed to ensuring quality, affordable healthcare worldwide.The Government Sales Administrator will be responsible for supporting sales processes by managing administrative tasks, maintaining sales records and developing information for decision-making, ensuring smooth communication between the stakeholders, and contributing to the achievement of strategic objectives and the success of the organization. This position will be hybrid located in Ciudad de Mexico.**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned**:- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient customer service- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, managing calendars, and maintaining customer and contract databases- Coordinate communication between sales representatives and customers to streamline processes and resolve queries- Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals by gathering relevant data and materials- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using Sales Force- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on sales strategies and objectives.- Adaptability and flexibility to work with high-performance teams- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Experience in a government sales environment with knowledge of sales processes and terminology- Assist in tracking sales performance metrics and preparing reports for management.- Follow up on billing.- Contribute to and support contract collection**Required Knowledge and Experience**:- Professional degree in administrative or engineering fields.- Three years of experience in an administrative or sales support position, preferably with government clients- Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales tracking tools- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish good relationships with team members and clients- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI, and data analysis databases- Intermediate English level**Physical Job Requirements**The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.**Benefits & Compensation**:**Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package**A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
