Descripción y detalle de las actividadesWe are looking for an **Accounts Payable Clerk** to join a U.S.based company through a nearshore partnership.**Key Responsibilities**:- Process invoices, Non-POs, POs, goods receipts, and other supporting documents in SAP.- Collect and organize vendor setup documentation and submit for VP of Finance approval.- Code invoices to the correct general ledger accounts when needed.- Prepare monthly credit card reconciliation spreadsheets, confirm approvals, organize receipts, and enter transactions into SAP.- Process expense reports from internal teams.- Reconcile vendor statements to AP balances in SAP.- Post payments (checks, ACH, wires) and provide backup for payment processing.- Support special projects and management reporting as needed.**Benefits**:- Private Major & Minor Medical Insurance (dependent coverage coming soon)- 4 days of PTO- Computer equipment provided- Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.- Hybrid: Onsite Tuesdays and WednesdaysExperiência y requisitos- Basic to intermediate experience with accounting software/ERP systems.- Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).- Minimum of two years of college with focus on accounting preferred.- Highly organized, detail-oriented, professional, and friendly.- Ability to prioritize tasks, work as a team, and solve problems analytically.- High level of confidentiality and willingness to learn.**Interview Process**:- Technical interview conducted by the U.S. company’s team- Most interviews remote; one in-person is requiredBeneficios- seguro de gastos médicos- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- Bono**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Contabilidad/Finanzas**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Híbrido**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo- Turno Matutino- Lunes a viernes**Salario mensual neto** $6,000 - $7,500 MXN**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** Si
