Descripción y detalle de las actividadesVapotherm, a leader in respiratory therapy assembly manufacturing in Pacifico Industrial Park,LOOKING FOR A:Accounts Payable (AP) ClerkWill report to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and be responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions of a Shared Service Center.Main responsibilities:Accounts payable, Travel & Expense (T&E), credit card program administration, banking transactions, prepaid expenses, accruals, journal entries, and payment entries.The AP Clerk will be responsible for assisting in themonth-end close and audit process and reconciling select balance sheet accounts every month.Experiencia y requisitosDegree inAccounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.Work on-site at Vapotherm's medical device manufacturing facility in Tijuana, MX, Pacifico Industrial parque,Communicate verbally and in writing English at a B2 level or higher.1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.Able to speak, understand, and writeEnglish at a minimum B2 level.Familiarity with basic accounting principles and procedures.Experience in a maquiladora company preferred.Proficiency inaccounting software, Epicor experience a plus.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (basic functions such as VLOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables, and data entry).Basic knowledge of tax compliance related to accounts payable (e.g., **** forms in the U.S.).Experience with automated accounts payable systems or software is preferred.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentBeneficiosBeneficios de acuerdo a la LFTUtilidades garantizadasServicios medicos en plantaTransporteComedorbonos anualesSolicita este puesto directamente a través de nuestro portalSOLICITAR
