With around 37,500 employees at over 125 locations, the Company is active worldwide and generated adjusted sales of € 8.1 billion on a preliminary basis in the fiscal year 2023.**YOUR TASKS**Objective: Managing and executing of complex logistics projects for the new design, harmonization and optimization of logístical processes along the supply chain, throughout the Logistics organization.- Planning, tracking and achieving project, quality, timing and commercial targets and explaining facts, practices, policies to others within the organization where past practices or divergent views constrain agreement.- Planning internal and external capacities in collaboration with team members and/or stakeholders,taking individual potential and competence into account- Taking over project management in logistic projects to create, standardize and harmonize logístical processes, globally, within the Hella Group- Supporting cross-project activities related to company development about logistics strategies within the company- Functional lead of the employees in the competence responsibility**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**- Bachelor's Degree concluded in Engineering or similar- More than 5 up to 6 years of experience with logistics/supply chain processes in automotive industry- SAP Proficiency- Advanced English**OUR OFFER**- Great career development opportunities- Working in an international environment.- Granted profit sharing bonus.- Pension plan- Saving fund and saving bankAlejandra LopezPhone:
