Recently, Kinedu announced received new investment through a Series A round led by IGNIA, a major VC fund in Mexico, along with BeCurious Partners, an international fund focused on parenting, the Stanford-StartX Fund.**What you’ll do**As a Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll have an important role scaling all kinedu’s marketing efforts to acquire users efficiently across different channels.
You’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid traffic and user acquisition efforts for the kinedu platforms and products. What separates you from other marketers is your relentless drive for running new tests and experiments on a regular basis that drive exponential value. You love testing and data, but even more, love implementing findings into campaigns that drive high quality users. This role will also work closely with the Data Science, Creative and Lifecycle Marketing teams to better segment, target, and convert users.**Your responsibilities**- Manage all paid campaigns across social, search, display, retargeting networks conducting research, analysis and testing to improve performance- Ensure successful campaigns managing bids, optimizations, and budgets- Optimize campaigns to drive the best ROI, maintains positive KPI trends, and efficiently scale- Test different creatives,value propositions and messages across channels to find the best angle to introduce kinedu to each target audience- Responsible for bottom line growth of our customer acquisition efforts - working closely with Lifecycle/Engagement and Customer Insights- Work with the Analytics team to drive testing, reporting and optimization on channel performance to identify key levers for improvements- Identify, test, and optimize best performing channels/platforms to drive ROI including Search, Social, Display, Video, and other relevant channels- Build A/B tests across landing pages- Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach customers efficiently and increase relevance- Provide key learnings and best practices for different markets- Deliver clear, concise, and reliable reporting on all activities to key stakeholders**What you bring**- 4+ years of experience in demand gen / performance marketing / user acquisition roles in SaaS- Knowledge and prior usage of tools like Facebook Ads Manager and/or Google Adwords- Understanding of statistics and ability to support hypothesis with data- A/B testing and data analytics experience- You like a fast-pace environment with a learning first mindset- Thrive in challenging environments and obsess about self-improvement- Passionate about growth marketing in SaaS- Ability to make SMART strategic decisions and can articulate WHY a shift in data might be happening- Keeps up to date with emerging technologies and development in digital industry- An amazing communicator, you can distill complex data down into key, digestible, actionable insights- Strong intellectual curiosity and love of problem-solving with passion for driving action and making direct impact on business outcomes- Crazy good project manager: multi-tasking, prioritization with outstanding ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environment- Proactive, you don’t wait for the solution to be handed down to you**What you’ll get**- You’ll join a startup that is part of: Endeavor, 500 startups, and has been awarded by App Store and Google Play teams- Opportunity to join a team of talented, driven, dynamic, and results-oriented professionals- A chance to work at an international startup focused on improving early childhood development at scale with 8M+ users in more than 230 countries- Competitive compensation package.
