Minimum qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics. 4 years of experience in SQL and data visualization (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar technologies). Preferred qualifications Experience with data warehousing or data modeling concepts. Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Python, or R). Experience with translating business requirements to BI solutions. Experience with explaining technical analysis to stakeholders. About the job In this role, you will be part of the Ads Martech team which is a cross-functional team building the best technology and user experience solutions to support marketing. Responsibilities Design business intelligence solutions and infrastructure to facilitate data gathering, storage, and retrieval. Partner with upstream data providers to establish new source data pipelines and follow/improve local best practices. Develop and maintain data pipelines, data models, reports, queries, and dashboards, including designing and implementing specific features/components. Provide ongoing support for data users through maintenance. Perform data analyses utilizing relevant tools and translate metrics/analysis into formats enabling supported teams to quickly and accurately measure performance and gain insights. Plan and execute prioritized project work, including selecting appropriate methods. Coordinate timelines and goals for assigned components of a project. Consult with users or cross-organization decision makers to identify data sources, required data elements, or data validation standards.
