If you’re looking for a career where you can make a real impression, join GSC HSBC and discover how valued you’ll be.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of**Operations Specialist FINTRAC (temporary)****Role purpose**:This position reporting to the Manager, Unit Operations is responsible for verifying information and completing missing information on transactions for the purposes of reporting to FINTRAC via the Navaera tool within the established timeframe, ensuring all data is accurately captured.The job holder would be required to check transactions and queries relating to inward payments, and update address details as needed.**Main activities**:- Ensure daily transactions that appear in Navera tool - Enview requiring repair are actioned.- Enhance the missing and incomplete information as per given guidelines.- Ensure the transactions are completed and submitted within the given time lines/SLA.- Contribute to initiatives in support of the Company’s Diversity programs.- To be fully aware and comply with the FIM and regulatory requirements. Read all updated procedures relating to FINTRAC repair process for SWIFT and Non-SWIFT transactions at regular intervals to maintain a complete understanding of the requirements.- Escalate cases where needed according to the defined process.- Responsible for capturing time and volumes in the platform**Requirements**:**Knowledge & Experience**- Exceptional organizational skills in addition to strong communication skills both written and oral- Ability to work on the bank’s delivery systems for which training will be provided (including but not limited to Navaera Tool, Client Connect, HUB, GPS)- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and outlook- Minimum 3 years banking experience preferable in International Operations- The ability to express oneself clearly is important.- The ability to be curious and speak up when neededYou’ll achieve more when you join HSBC**Issued by HSBC Electronic Data Processing (México) Private LTD
