-Job description**Role purpose**A Channel Strategy & Insights Software Developer analyse data and turns it into information, which can offer ways to improve Strategic Channels business, gather information from various sources and interpret patterns and trends, should highlight the analytical nature of the role.Provide information to various business areas, optimize and redesign internal processes.**Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities**- Develop multiple systems to improve the area workflow.- Create dynamic and easy-to-consult views.- Optimize and redesign internal processes- Organize and drive successful completion of data insight initiatives through effective management- Share information with stakeholders in suitable forms, these may be charts, tables or templates- Participate in forums, meetings or events to interpret data and support decision making- Ensure the continuing development analytical capability in order to respond to business requirements.**Leadership & Teamwork**- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.- Communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex or technical issues.Requirements- **Bachelor of Systems or related**- **Demonstrable.NET framework, ASP.NET MVC experience (1 years as minimum)**- **Good knowledge on C# (Must).**- **Good knowledge on SQL Server (Must).**- **Basic knowledge on Syncfusion (Must)**- **Good knowledge on Integration services (SSIS) (Must).**- **Good knowledge on HTML-CSS(Desirable).**- **Good knowledge on Javascript, TypeScript** **(Desirable)**- **Basic knowledge on Reporting/Data toolls (Desirable).**- **Must be able to debug the existing code, extend the functionality and/or fix issues if any.**- **Adaptive - the ability to approach things differently or do different things to deliver goals**- **Very strong analytical ability and problem solving skills**- “At HSBC we expect our people to treat each other with dignity and respect, creating an inclusive culture that promotes equal opportunities.
