**Come create the technology that helps the world act together****Job Description**:The Americas FN New Product Introduction and Customer Engineering Team is offering a job position as NPI and CE Engineer Professional for working in the whole LAT region for several customers/operators and channel partners.Mission:Develop Activities for New Product Introduction as well as Customer Engineering Activities for customers/operators, channel partners and final customers in the LAT region.Key Responsibilities:- To perform homologation and evaluation of products belonging to Fixed Networks Division of Nokia as:- GPON- XGSPON and NGPON2- WIFI- G.FAST- Vectoring- VPlus- Fixed Wireless Access Technologies (as Fast Mile)- SDAN technologies- Management Systems for access equipment- Copper Technologies- Solutions as VoIP, Support of CAS/R2 and PRI signaling, POL, etc.- Mobile Technologies as LTE- Facing customers in their premises during test activities.- Develop DEMOS of new FN technology- Develop/Building of solutions for customers- Develop of related documentation as Method of Procedure (MoPs), HLD, LLD, test protocols and integration documentation- Development of test scenarios and test topologies according to the customer requirements- Escalation and support requesting for investigation of issues found during those activities- Integration of Access Equipment into the customers' networksKey Differentiators:- Very dynamic and interesting environment involving in new technologies- Facing Customers in the region to drive into the best practices in our equipment- Working in the complete LAT region- Very strong team/network with strong support in the complete region- Continuous training scheme involving the most desirable certifications and training in the new Access technologies- Growing in the organization, provide bonus and awards based on the individual results**Key Qualifications for the role**:1) Bachelor degree or higher in Telecommunication Technologies2) Knowledge and desirable experience of FN Equipment as:- ISAM FD-COPPER (VoIP, VDSL, ADSL, etc.)- Convergent Platform- GPON 7360FX- ONTs- AMS3) Understand different protocols as:- IP- TCP- HTTP(S)- SIP & RTP- MEGACO- WIFI4) Understanding of technologies as:- GPON- EPON- NGPON2- VoIP- G.FAST- ADSL2/VDSL2- Vectoring- VPlus5) Good manage of languages:- English- Spanish- Good writing, reading, speaking and understanding abilities for both languages**Additional Qualifications**:1) Teamwork, leadership, proactive2) Learning by yourself3) Interest in Lab activities4) Service Spirit to end customers5) Travel Willingness to all countries in LAT regionNokia is committed to innovation and technology leadership across mobile, fixed and cloud networks.
