**Sales Support / Sales Assistant**:**About the Role**This position supports the tasks of coordinating the entire Birmex "Consolidada" bidding process.**What You Will Do**:Opinion of INFONAVITSAT Opinion and Tax Situation ConstancySign original contracts for different dependenciesProcessing of fianzas and/or certified checksIMSS update provider standardHigh platform (SIAN) here submits the IMSS Bienestar supply ordersRegister and update information from Institutes in the SAP system to be able to invoiceDelivery of Material to Global and InvoicingEnter the review of invoices for payment processing and follow up on payments and/or document returns.Sending orders for invoicing with all the informationCoordination with Global and Commercial TeamSupport to the company that provides the logistics service to have control and knowledge of what is being delivered and that quotes are requested in a timely manner (coordinate the delivery of material from the BSN warehouse to the provider's warehouse, deliver documents that the Institutes request to deliver the material (analytical certificates, orders, etc.) confirmation of appointment with them Hospitals and/or Logistics Operator, clear delivery charges, if no sanction is applied, continue to send mail to the Institutes and send evidence of delivery in good time.)**Who You Are**:Support to the company that provides the logistics service to have control and knowledge of what is being delivered and that quotes are requested in a timely manner (coordinate the delivery of material from the BSN warehouse to the provider's warehouse, deliver documents that the Institutes request to deliver the material (analytical certificates, orders, invoices, etc.) confirmation of quote with the Hospitals and/u Logistics Operator, clear delivery charges, if no sanction is applied, follow up to send mail to the Institutes and send evidence of delivery in good time.) request credit notes if applicableKnowledge on the portals of IMSS Ordinario (SAI), IMSS Bienestar (SIAN)Understanding the IMSS portal for payment processingFollow up with the provider for the entrance and invoices for payment processing**What We Can Offer You**:Our purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
