"Winning with purpose" reflects our ambition to win sustainably in the market and integrate the purpose in all aspects of the business.Currently we are looking for our next**:GTM Small Formats Manager****Which is the main objective of this role?**The main purpose of this position is to ensure the design and development of the accurate and efficient Small Formats PMF Go to market mosaic required to reach the state-of-the-art service levels by continuously improving both the customer value offer and efficient cost to serve.**What will you be doing?**:- Co-design the coverage and service improvement strategies needed for the following years for Small formats- Design and execute new capabilities and transformational go to market models in small formats in conjunction with regional and central staff teams- Implementation, design & planning of new GTM initiatives for small formats (from POC to National roll out)- Financial budget control in conjunction with sales finance team to ensure accurate POC's execution success- Participate and co-design other areas projects, providing support on full planning agenda and issues related to sales operations and GTM- Align strategy projects across functional team to assure the operational success- Evaluate and create a comprehensive change impact strategy aligned with Sales leadership team and other functions for Small Formats (HR, Management Model, Finance, Supply chain)**Qualifications/Requirements**:**Who are we looking for?**- Professional / Bachelor degree / MBA a plus- English: fluent professional.- Strong understanding of Small Format PMF Go-to-Market mosaic (Large Format a plus)- Understanding of current IT Systems used by PMF Salesforces a plus- Previous Regional GTM Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Regional Sales Development Manager, Transformation Manager or similar roles experience a plus.- Understanding of PepsiCo's Supply Chain, the broader PepsiCo functions- Ability to lead and influence internally & externally, across functions and formats - at all levels of the- organization- Ability to understand complex business drivers, analyze and design strategic improvements- Ability to anticipate to environmental changing situations and Nationwide strategies redefinitions- Strong communication skills, written and oral- Results oriented with robust planning and delegate skills**What can you expect from us?**:- Competitive compensation- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs- We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
