You'll be expected to move quickly, follow up diligently, and maintain service quality while achieving key sales goals.Key Responsibilities:**Lead Conversion & Client Communication**- Promptly answer inbound calls and messages (calls within 3 rings, messages within 1 hour)- Return missed calls within 30 minutes- Follow up on new and existing leads, hot prospects, and pending estimates- Convert 40%+ of quotes into booked services- Retain at least 40% of initial cleans to recurring services- Respond to complaints within 1 hour**Sales Process & Data Entry**- Schedule cleanings, assign technicians, and complete job setup in Maid Central- Enter and tag customer data accurately in Keap and Nesting Spreadsheet- Complete new customer checklist thoroughly for every booking- Verify service type, price accuracy, billing setup, and technician assignment- Record home details (entry/exit instructions, remodel status, preferences) clearly in Spanish and English- Upload home photos and ensure accurate tagging for future service**Customer Service & Follow-Through**- Maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm in all communications- Create tasks to follow up on customer promises and concerns- Continuously improve by reviewing past sales calls when performance goals are missed- Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and regular scorecard tracking- Provide feedback on sales performance and opportunities for operational improvementWho We’re Looking For:You’re a confident communicator, quick thinker, and self-starter who knows how to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
