**Responsibilities**:- Develop and execute comprehensive research strategies aligned with organizational goals.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research objectives and key performance indicators.- Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative research using a variety of methods such as surveys, A/B testing, user interviews, and usability studies.- Analyze and interpret data to extract meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.- Utilize and stay updated on various online testing tools to design experiments, collect data, and measure outcomes.- Implement and manage online testing protocols, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of results.- Be our liaison with 3rd party research companies.- Effectively communicate research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that convey complex research insights in a clear and accessible manner.- Collaborate with content leads, designers, digital business developers, and other stakeholders to integrate research findings into the product development lifecycle.- Act as a research advocate, ensuring that user-centric insights are considered in decision-making processes.- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging research methods, and technological advancements to enhance the research capabilities of the team.- Propose and implement improvements to research processes and methodologies.**Qualifications**:- Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Marketing) or equivalent practical experience.- Proven experience in a lead research role, with a track record of successful projects and team leadership.- 5 to 7 years of experience in- Proficiency in using various online testing tools and platforms.- Strong understanding of both quantitative and qualitative research methods.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
