**Location**: Coahuila de Zaragoza, MEX**Shift**: 1st Shift**Work model**: On-Site**Schedule**: FULLTIME; Monday-Friday, 8a.m.5p.m.**Job overview**:Schneider is seeking a Customer Experience Analyst in Saltillo to monitor customer freight to proactively identify issues, improve service efficiency, and communicate delays. The Customer Experience Analyst will work closely with various internal team members to communicate and relay the service needs of customers.**Responsibilities**:- Oversee orders and issues from beginning to end.- Ensure documentation is filled out and provided to third parties.- Work closely with operations teams to review border crossing flows.- Resolve any transportation and shipping issues that arise.- Serve as a liaison between the operations team and carriers.- Ensure an adequate supply of trailers and drivers to meet capacity needs.- Monitor container pools and recommend adjustments as needed.- Analyze service defects and trends to identify root causes and gaps.- Maintain strong working relationships with customers.- Participate in discussions to create new solutions that support customers' needs**Skills and qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, business or a related field.- 2-3 years of relevant experience.- Fluent in English from both a verbal and written perspective.- Strong customer service skills.- Excellent attention to detail.- Outstanding analytical and strategic-thinking skills.**Pay and benefits**:- Medical expense insurance.- Savings fund with company match.- Company-paid life insurance.- Personal days, vacation days and paid holidays.- Results-based productivity bonus.- Vacation and Christmas bonuses.- Food vouchers.**Schneider's inclusive culture**We do not request pregnancy and/or HIV tests, we always live in an environment of respect and inclusion regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression.
