With an insight into over 50 overseas markets, we deliver the world's most complete, accurate and up-to-date automotive data and insights, creating significant competitive advantage to our customers.**Role Overview**:We are excited to announce the expansion of our Sales team in Mexico City and are currently seeking talented Customer Relationship Manager to join our team.As Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for delivering retention revenue targets and building strong customer relationships with the goal of reaching trusted partner status. You will own the complete customer lifecycle from month one through to renewal, working closely with customer experience and success colleagues to deliver a frictionless JATO experience.This role will involve hybrid working from our office in Mexico City, and requires fluency in both English and Spanish, with Portuguese being advantageous.**Key Responsibilities**:- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers with the goal of reaching trusted partner status.- Achieve assigned revenue targets by ensuring all customers renew before the end of their current contractual term.- Acts as Voice of Customer within JATO, ensuring feedback is shared with Customer leadership and relevant stakeholders to help shape direction.- Ensures 100% CRM compliance including pipeline accuracy, customer information including use case, goals, key contacts etc.- Quarterly Business Reviews coordinated via Teams to drive increased satisfaction with JATO’s service. This would involve delivery of “success plans” and agreed customer actions.- Identify and resolve all customer issues and escalate any unresolved issues to the relevant business area.- Identify and collaborate with all key stakeholders who will impact and influence the renewal process, including the use of established tools, such as Value Chain and Stakeholder Mapping.- Define and execute all relevant measures and activities necessary to ensure improved year-over-year customer satisfaction across all areas of their business, leading to customer retention and new business growth.**Key Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree educated or equivalent.- Fluent Spanish and English language skills.- Professional experience as sales retention specialist, ideally in a data or automotive business.- Excellent customer engagement experience, with the ability to form strong relationships based on trust, integrity & respect at all levels of an organisation.- Experience using of CRM & other sales tech stack.- Highly developed presentation skills & motivational/confident personal style.- Self-motivated/self-starter able to work at a high/strategic level and provide vision; whilst also able to understand & not be afraid of the detail.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- High level of IT skills and competence for mainstream business should include excellent working knowledge of:- Microsoft Dynamics CRM (or similar, as an example Salesforce).- Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook.JATO Dynamics is a global business and our success is attributed to the diversity, skills and experiences of our colleagues across the world.
