In this role, you'll play a key part in driving revenue and accelerating conversions through real-time chat interactions.This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who is both a product expert and a strategic seller, someone who can deeply understand customer pain points, offer consultative solutions, and influence purchasing decisions during every touchpoint. This is an on-site opportunity in our WeWork office space in Reforma.**What You'll Do**- Drive revenue through live chat by identifying buying signals, delivering persuasive product insights, and converting interest into sales.- Go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction and success at all times.- Own the sales conversation from inbound inquiry to conversion, ensuring customers quickly realize the value of Apollo.- Proactively upsell and cross-sell relevant product features that match the customer's business goals.- Meet or exceed chat-to-close rate targets, monthly revenue quotas, and other performance KPIs.- Capture and follow up on opportunities surfaced through support interactions, feature requests, and product updates.- Be the customer's internal advocate, collaborating with Product and Sales to reduce friction and improve experience.**Your Background**- At least 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-facing role (support, sales, retail, or similar), you love helping people and guiding conversations.- Proven history of achieving top performance.- Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple conversations at once in a fast-paced environment.- Customer-centric, working to understand the questions that customers ask to help them resolve their business.- Adaptable with the ability to pick up new technologies, assess situations quickly, and find smarter ways to achieve goals.**We are AI Native**:Apollo.io is an AI-native company built on a culture of continuous improvement.
