About The Role We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Software Engineer - Java Fullstack to join our global technology team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in solving complex technical challenges, mentoring others, and driving innovation in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity. Complete simple bug fixes. Work closely with other development team members to understand product requirements and translate them into software designs. Operate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders. Resolve technical issues as necessary. Keep abreast of new technology developments. Requirements 2+ years of Software Engineering experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent required Basic Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) Basic Understanding of normalized/dimensional data modeling principles Basic Knowledge of multiple data storage subsystems Proficiency in Java, Node.js, React.js, JavaScript, HTML, XML, SQL, Windows, UNIX Proficient research and problem-solving skills Strong oral and written communication skills Work In a Way That Works For You We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
