Warehouse Management - MX 3PL**Shipping**:Primary contact for sales and customer service in regards to shipping issues.Working with the 3PL to develop, implement and monitor efficient warehouse functions for all areas including shipping, receiving, QC, VAS, and returns.Document procedures for picking, packing, labeling, shipping, routing etc.Ensure that key account labeling, routing and shipping procedures are maintainedPrimary contact for freight forwarders for all outbound shipments.**Reporting /Analysis**:Daily open order report with shipping status.Daily shipping forecast.Rolling monthly staff plan.**Receiving**:Manage scheduling of inbound containers so that warehouse is prepared for shipments and can unloadd and stock shipments within specified time requirements.Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, invoices or packing slips to ensure all items are received, not damaged and receive the inventory.Notify accounting of any discrepancies and fill out chargeback forms.**Inventory**:Work with operations team to ensure overall inventory accuracy.Work with purchasing and accounting department to scrap bad inventory and to help resolve inventory discrepencies.**Minimum Job Requirements**:College Degree / Focus on Logistics preferredMinimum of three years in logistics management
