Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Segment Manager**Your role and responsibilities**In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop, implement, and manage the account strategy that is focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction with OEMs in the northern region of Mexico. Each day, you will coordinate sales activities, monitor current projects, and manage the resolution of specific customer problems. You will also showcase your expertise by giving input on market price developments and tendencies.The work model for the role is remote.This role is contributing to the Electrification (Smart Power & Smart Building) in Mexico.You will be mainly accountable for:- Understands the key business drivers, including significant and emerging business risks of the relevant global customer’s business and business environment and interprets the impact and opportunity for ABB.- Participates in the development of sales strategies for the account by providing the customer’s current business and long-term plans.- Leads the development and implementation of the account plan and SoW growth actions.- Defines and proposes sales targets for the account and ensures their achievement with a structured follow up process across Divisions and Countries.- Sells products/solutions/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets representing all ABB.- Creates added value for the customer and ABB by ensuring a coordinated sales approach (e.g. frame agreements, AVL related actions).- Our team dynamics_You will join a dynamic, talented & high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.**Qualifications for the role**- Background in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.- Strong understanding of global customer business drivers and risks.- Experience developing and executing strategic account and sales plans.- Proven ability to meet sales targets across regions and business units.- Solid B2B sales experience in technical products, solutions, or services.- Skilled in competitor analysis and market pricing strategies. Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tools; familiar with AVLs and frame agreements.- Advanced English level is a must
