In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring seamless coordination between our U.S. local sales teams and operational support platforms.As part of the **Service Maintenance** group, you will handle service requests (tickets), maintain accurate field schedules, monitor SLA performance, and collaborate across multiple time zones with cross-functional teams.
