Whether its career opportunities, job enrichment or a supportive work environment, if you are ready for this challenge, then we are ready for youHyatt is an equal opportunity employer that promotes gender equity.Our Values: Respect | Integrity | Wellbeing | Empathy | Experimentation | Inclusion**Qualifications**:- Minimum 5 years of senior financial leadership experience, preferably in the hotel/hospitality industry.- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline- Prior experience as a hotel property finance leader, preferably within a luxury complex resort- Deep experience with hotel financial reporting systems, policies and procedures, and management agreements- Experience with operating and financial agreements; demonstrated success in evaluating risks and developing proactive strategies and plans to mitigate business issues- Excellent communication and organizational skills.- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.- Highly responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented.- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and remain calm and courteous under pressure.
