Form, ensure and foster a good reputation as an employer.Ensure the convenient and efficient operation of the Human Resources Department in order to optimize resources in all processes and foster an environment aligned to our higher purpose, also taking care of the guidelines and standards established by Hyatt International.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or master's in Human Resources management or related field.- 5-10 years of HR experience in luxury hospitality or multinational environments.- Previous experience as an HR Manager or Assistant Director of HR- Proven leadership abilities and a collaborative approach- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skills- Fluency in both spoken and written Spanish and English is required- Strong decision-making skills with experience in managing a team through growth and development phases.- Advanced communication skills with a high level of responsiveness- Extensive knowledge of employment law, compensation planning, and HR systems.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
