_Importante empresa del ramo Automotriz solicita:_- **CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (AUTOMOTRIZ)**_- **Requisitos**:_- 3 Años de experiência previa como Customer Service en un Tier-1 Automotriz.- 2 años de Experiência mínima con alguno de los siguientes OEMs: Audi, Tesla, BMW, VW, Rivian, Nissan, GM, Honda, Stellantis, Volvo (3 años deseable).- Manejo de Portales de algunos de los OEMs del punto anterior.- Inglés Avanzado (indispensable)- MS Office y SAP Avanzado (indispensable)- Conocimientos de las Normas: IATF 16949, ISO 14001, CSR.- **Responsabilidades**:_- Brindar seguimiento al servicio a cliente.- Análisis de forecast de clientes.- Generar el plan de producción y monitorear su cumplimiento.- Mantenimiento al sistema de facturación y al sistema ERP SAP.- Seguimiento a los ASN- Negociación con clientes.- **Adicional**:_- Experiência en industria Automotriz y/ó manufacturera.- Conocimiento de Logistica y embarques- Experiência en el manejo de portales de clientes.- **PERFIL DEL APLICANTE**:_- Grado académico: Licenciatura o Ingeniería.- Inglés de negocios- Experiência en el manejo de MS Office, SAP.- Persuasión y Negociación.- LiderazgoTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: Hasta $31,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 10 horas- Turno matutinoPrestaciones:- Caja de ahorro- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor con descuento- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anualPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Años de experiência previa como Customer Service Rep. en sector Automotriz - Tier-1?- ¿Conocimiento de portales de OEMs?
