Negociación con proveedores, manejo SAP ERP, ARIBA.CompetenciasAnálisis estratégico, negociación, sentido de urgencia, ownership, comunicación efectiva, trabajo en equipo y liderazgo.Lugar de trabajoMiguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México.HorarioDe 8 am a 6 pm.Propósito y actividades del puesto:Responsable de capturar anticipadamente los requerimientos del equipo de Marketing y Ventas, así como asegurar la correcta implementación / ejecución de negociaciones de Procurement, conectando con los stakeholders para asegurar una constante comunicación entre el equipo regional y distintas áreas.- Evaluación y sourcing de nuevos proveedores.- Responsable de la organización de Ferias de proveedores enfocado en Innovación- Conectar todas las áreas de la empresa no solo a nível local, sino tambien regional para asegurar el éxito de las iniciativas.- Alineación de presupuesto One year plan con usuarios.- Mapeo de iniciativas de ahorro One year plan con usuarios.- Alineación de gasto mensual por categoría.- Identificar planes de acción para disminuir órdenes retroactivas- Seguimiento de vigencia de contratos marco- Entrenamiento sobre proceso y políticas de Procurement a stakeholders- Resolución de dudas de proveedores sobre procesos generales ej. Facturación, estatus de OC, Estatus de pagos.- Reunión de seguimiento a contratos legales del equipo RPO- Elaboración de BRIEF CON STAKEHOLDERS o recepción de la necesidad y/o muestras- Explorar y capturar la demanda interna con anticipación- Reunión con usuarios de seguimiento en pendientes.- Seguimiento de entregas de materiales / servicios.
