Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sr Program Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus .
Reporting to the Program Management Manager , the Sr Program Manager role involves guiding a team of cross-functional experts in the delivery of customer-focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing, and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.
What a typical day looks like:- Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
- Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
- Provide help, knowledge, and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
- Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative to product development timelines, delivery, quality, and the required business metrics.
- Review program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the program.
- Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arrange for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
- Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction and control for different accounts of various complexities.
- Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
- Conduct customer satisfaction reviews and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.
- Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.
- Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.
- Support production sites for projects, costs, and other customer-related matters through business and expertise.
- Excellent communication skills and must be fluent in Spanish & English.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or related field.
- Master's degree in business administration or program management is desirable.
- Advanced experience as Program Manager is mandatory.
- Experience in metals mechanical or electronics manufacturing industry.
- Experience and leadership of CFT.
- Advanced English (mandatory).
- P&L analysis.
- Experience in high mix projects.
- Organized, responsible, analytical, and disciplined.
- Communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of technical manufacturing processes (Capabilities, rate, etc.).
- Knowledge of financial aspects (quotes, charges) is also a plus.
- Experience with OTD, Yields, CTBs, plan attainment.
- Experience in NPI is a plus.
