Hex Trust has grown its global presence, with offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, Italy, and Vietnam.**Position Summary**To support our Operations Department in helping ensure the day-to-day operation of our institutional clients and corporate trading accounts run smoothly. You'll be working with Hex Trust's suite of proprietary technology solutions and the wider blockchain ecosystem committed to execution excellence and accuracy.**Duties & Responsibilities**- Support VP, Operations with the execution of key operations areas across various financial products, including Custody, Trading, Financing and Stablecoin- Blockchain specific operations - Facilitate smart contract interactions and on-chain activities- Assist in key business operations, including client transactions, trade settlement and bookings- Assist with client on-boarding activities- Partner with key stakeholders front-to-back in order to drive and define best practices and continued process improvement- Able to adapt to flexible work timings, including midnight shift- Ensure the efficiency of company processes and identify areas of enhancement**Requirements**:- 2 or more years experience in operations roles, preferably from the digital asset / blockchain industry and / or financial services is a plus- Knowledge of blockchain, smart contracts, trading and security- An undergraduate degree beneficial- Good planning, coordination, and communication skills- Good command of spoken and written English- Must be detail-oriented, taking pride in the quality and accuracy of work they produce- Able to work independently in an often ambiguous and fast-paced environment**Benefits**As one of the leading Web3 innovators, **Hex Trust** offers a front-row seat in the ever-changing blockchain & crypto industry.
