Ad hoc operational deliverables represent a significant portion of workload. This ad hoc support could be e.g. driving programs/projects to address business need, automation projects, metric performance analysis, etc.- Assists the market by driving automation, standardization, optimization projects across the portfolio- Be a trusted advisor to the industry leader- Facilitate and participate in various cadence reviews (e.g., Sales Cadence, Delivery Cadence, Financial Interlock, Backlog Reviews, Automation)- Maintain organized and functional data repositories and websites- Develop and manage industry Roadmaps that assist in the attainment of signings /revenue / GP targets- Provide business analysis support for leadership team- Demonstrate leadership- Drive a positive operational climate via innovation, open communication, teamwork and execution of Kyndryl values- Provide value add within the scope of the Business Operations Professional role- Be knowledgeable of the contributions of the Operations function and represent accordingly.Must be able to:- Work with others who have diverse backgrounds and skills in a complex environment- Establish credibility and authority with key partners- Effectively communicate in English, both verbal and written to a wide audience- Relate difficult news responsibly and constructively- Assess the need for process redesign and deployment- Manage a large number of tasks in parallel (i.e. multitask)- Keep the team supported, organized, and focused.**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**3 - 5 years of business operations experience; You have run a combination of fundamental business processes that involve running, building and analyzing processes.- Your functional expertise lies in the areas of knowing how to use data and insights that provide business decisions support for strategy, planning and sales operations.- Experience in sales planning and business operations supporting Enterprise; or similar experience in finance or analytics functions, leading across diverse teams that balanced between delivering on long-term / short-term signings and revenue goals.- You are able to navigate difficult conversations and own the hard calls. Being responsible for the success of a project even when you don’t oversee all the pieces.
