Tenemos una gran oportunidad de desarrollo para ti**Principales Funciones**- Realizar seguimiento a las solicitudes de los clientes, brindando información sobre estatus, cruces de frontera, recolecciones y entregas.- Coordinar citas de entregas para optimizar el proceso logístico.- Elaborar y presentar reportes de operaciones y seguimiento a clientes y proveedores.- Actualizar diariamente el sistema con información relevante de cada viaje.- Resolver de forma efectiva cualquier inconveniente que pueda surgir durante las operaciones.- Validar las entregas y colocaciones pendientes, manteniendo a las partes involucradas informadas sobre su estatus.- Garantizar que toda la documentación esté correctamente archivada desde el inicio hasta el final de cada colocación.**¿Cuáles requisitos son importantes?**- Experiência previa en operaciones de logística.- Conocimiento de operaciones terrestres, cruces, citas de entrega/carga, seguimiento, así como logística marítima y aérea.- Alta capacidad de organización y atención al detalle.- Alto enfoque en el servicio al cliente.- Idioma inglés (deseable).- Licenciatura afín.**Ofrecemos**:- Sueldo mensual de $15,000 libres + esquema variable de bonos.- Horario: lunes a viernes de 9 am a 5 pm / sábados medio día (ocasional)- Todos los beneficios de ley y superiores (SGMMayores)**Ubicación**Centro de Monterrey**Quienes somos**Somos una empresa de logística enfocada en mejorar la cadena de suministro de las empresas con operación transfronteriza entre México y Estados Unidos.**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Medio**Función departamental**:Logística / Transporte**Industria**:Transporte, Logística, Cadena de Suministro**Habilidades**:- servicio a clientes- inside sales
