## . **About the Role** Lex Machina, the LexisNexis Legal Analytics platform, seeks a Senior Legal Entity Database Specialist (DBA III) to build and maintain the most accurate entity dataset for federal and state courts. You will be responsible for curating and maintaining litigation-related entity data, ensuring accuracy and completeness for parties, law firms, attorneys, and judges across venues and jurisdictions. You will learn the established protocols used to maintain our high-value data and be invited to contribute to new best practices. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, passionate about data quality, and comfortable performing meticulous data entry tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong collaboration within a distributed team and a genuine curiosity to learn about litigation processes and data. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Support, Engineering, and Product, to support a seamless customer experience. **Responsibilities:** Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to set and enforce data quality standards. Proven experience with data entry, data curation, document review, or dataset development. Strong commitment to data quality and accuracy, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement. Comfortable working in a distributed team environment, with excellent communication and collaboration skills to align cross-functional efforts. Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to deepen knowledge of litigation data and legal processes. Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies and to recommend solutions that improve workflow efficiency. Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize, self-direct, and deliver results under minimal supervision. **Requirements:** Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Two to three years of demonstrated professional experience leading or contributing to data entry, data curation, or document review projects. Comfortable working in a distributed team environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills. Strong time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
