The **Receiving Coordinator** will provide support on the transfer of products and processes from US to Nuevo Laredo. We are looking for an organized Receiving coordinator to be responsible for all receiving material, verifying incoming shipments, inspect material such as assembling, electronic components, and multiple merchandise, receiving and unpacking incoming goods, preparing merchandise for storage and report properly in the system correct quantity and correct part numbers for proper inventory and accuracy in the system.-:- Unload and unpack shipments of products- Inspect shipments for damage and correct quantities- Report damages or shortages to the appropriate person- Match shipments to their associated purchase orders and enter receiving data on paperwork- Record receiving data in company databases- Prepare and organize received stock for inventory- Return damaged products to senders- Monitor inventory levels**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:- Basic math and organization skills- Ability to bend and lift 50 pounds or more- Detail-oriented mindset- Data entry and computer skills- Forklift certification is beneficial for unloading large shipments- Ability to work on feet for long hours- Excellent communication skills- Understanding of safety protocols and requirements- Experience shipping, receiving or selling related product- Experience in receiving- Flexible work hours.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.- Oracle or ERP system experience preferred- Ability to multitask.- Able to travel
