**Purchase and Inventory Leader / Encargado de Compras e Inventarios**The Purchase and Inventory Leader for our restaurant will be responsible to analyze data to assure par stock, data entry, purchase agreements, cost and pricing comparison and monthly reports. This is a key position within our company and requires excellent attention to detail to ensure the systems has complete and accurate data, as well the complete raw material for daily operation.**Responsibilities and Duties**:- Extensive knowledge of hospitality/restaurant vendors and suppliers (must).- Maintaining optimal stock levels to ensure timely availability of products.- Running reports (weekly & monthly). Analyzing spreadsheets for pricing, sourcing, etc.- Monitor price increases and advise management with great criteria.- Weekly comparison on prices vs internal consume to evaluate our cost.- Using electronic inventory tracking to scan stock and reconcile inventory.- Create purchase orders and follow up on internal requisitions.- Follow up with suppliers on daily invoicing process (matching invoices + purchases orders).- Negotiate with vendors when needed.- To ensure all our storage locations are properly inventoried, organized and clean.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Administration).- 5 years of experience in same position and same industry (hospitality/restaurant).- Fully understanding of basic inventory principles.- Fully detail oriented (must).- Assertive communication skill (must).- Punctual attitude (must).- Proficiency on Microsoft Office (Excel) + Inventory systems.- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.- Excellent analytical skills, organizational and planning skill and follow through.- In our industry we use Xetux and Wisk systems for inventory.
