**A highly respected and well-established LA-based personal injury firm is seeking for a Paralegal. This firm is dedicated to awesome legal representation, enthusiastic teamwork, and unrivaled client service.****The right person for this position will have an excellent academic background with excellent multitasking and organizational skills, an ability to work with and report to others as a team, and above all must be detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.****RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Assist attorneys in case preparation, including gathering and analyzing evidence, conducting legal research, and drafting legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, and motions.- Provide interpretation services for Spanish-speaking clients during meetings, depositions, and potentially in court, ensuring clear and accurate communication between the legal team and clients.- Translate legal documents and correspondence from English to Spanish and vice versa, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of all information.- Manage case files and documents, ensuring all materials are organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible for the legal team.- Facilitate communication with clients, keeping them informed about the status of their case, scheduling meetings, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.- Assist in the preparation for trials, mediations, and other legal proceedings, including coordinating the logistics for witness testimony and evidence presentation.**REQUIREMENTS**:- **Fluent in English and Spanish**:- **2 years of experience working for a personal injury law firm.**:- **Experience in Workers compensation is a plus.**:- Exceptional research and writing skills- Impeccable command of English grammar and spelling- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook- Qualified persons will be well-organized, motivated, self-directed and detail-oriented- Reliable and punctualTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $23,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernesPregunta(s) de postulación:- Do you have 2 years of experience working for a US-based Personal Injury Law firm?Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
