Buscamos un **Analista de Control de Calidad** para unirse a nuestro equipo en el **Centro de Distribución Nacional**.La persona ideal será responsable de **monitorear la calidad operativa diaria**, analizar datos de desempeño y colaborar con distintas áreas para **impulsar la mejora continua** en los procesos logísticos.**Responsabilidades principales**:- Monitorear la calidad operativa diaria en las diferentes áreas del centro de distribución (recepción, clasificación, almacenamiento, despacho).- Registrar desviaciones, elaborar reportes de hallazgos y dar seguimiento a las acciones correctivas.- Apoyar en la ejecución de auditorías internas y externas.- Elaborar y analizar reportes de indicadores de calidad (KPI).- Detectar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos logísticos y proponer soluciones efectivas.- Colaborar con los equipos de operaciones y calidad para garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares operativos.- Participar en proyectos de optimización de procesos y en la implementación de nuevas herramientas o procedimientos.**Requisitos**:- Carrera técnica o licenciatura en **Logística, Ingeniería Industrial** o áreas afines.- Experiência mínima de **1 año en control de calidad o procesos logísticos**, preferiblemente en el sector de **paquetería o transporte**.- Conocimientos básicos de **Excel** (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, gráficos) y manejo de reportes.- Deseable conocimiento de herramientas de análisis de datos o sistemas WMS/TMS.- ** Atención al detalle, compromiso, pensamiento analítico** y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
